Belash Booking Policy
At Belash, we want to make sure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable dining experience. Please take a moment to read through our booking guidelines before making a reservation.
Reservations
- Bookings can be made directly through our website or by speaking with our front-of-house team.
- Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes from the time of your booking. If you are running late, please call us to let us know.
- Each reservation is allocated a dining time of 2 hours.
Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of £5 per person is required to secure bookings.
- For larger groups or special events, a minimum spend may apply.
- On peak dates (including national holidays), minimum spend requirements may differ and are subject to change.
- Minimum spend for dine-in customers: £25 per person.
- We accept two payment methods per table.
- A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations must be made in writing to info@belash.co.uk at least 24 hours before your reservation to retain your deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your booking.
- Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Dining Policies
- Last food orders are taken at 9.00pm daily.
- Outside cakes or food items are not permitted inside the restaurant.
- All our dishes are prepared using halal-certified ingredients.
- If you have an allergy or intolerance, please inform a member of staff when ordering. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee our food will be free from all allergens.
Dress Code
- We kindly ask guests to observe a smart-casual dress code.
- Sportswear (including hoodies, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, caps, or flip flops) is not permitted.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the dress code is not respected.
